    Amazing stay with friendly vibes!

    Had a fab 3 nights! The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was a real treat, especially the omelettes. Only downside was the executive lounge was a bit cramped during happy hour with no snacks, kinda disappointing. But overall, an lovely experience!

    The atmosphere is WELCOMING, very professional staff who was on night shift. Facilities are good, and there's shuttle to the airport. Moreover, it has complimentary wi-fi, really handy.

    Certainly a really good experience for a short stay in Sofia. Well-maintained and beautifuly designed place to stay with a central location. What a genuinely professional staff. Location close enough to downtown and the historc sites by foot, the main shopping area, and the European Union metro station, as well as various parks, which had lovely autumn shades. Also, in a green garden.

    The breakfast was a real feast, heaps of choice, but the room felt a bit dated and I'd have preferred the windows to open, you know? Pretty sweet as overall, though.

    The hotel is new and in great shape. The staff is highly trained, personable and nice.

    I thought the overall value of the hotel was lacking. Sofia is not an expensive city and as such, one wouldn't expect to pay exorbitant prices for internet access or breakfast. I paid $12.50 for one double vodka at the lobby bar. This same drink cost me $4.00 at a local restaurant.

    Service_Room, although you cannot open the window. The Lobby, and Sauna team bath free of charge:)

    Internet: They charge 20 Euros a day for internet, or 2,5 Euros an hour!!! Internet is not a luxury any more especially in 5 stars hotel!

    We loved exploring Sofia from this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Vitosha Boulevard. The room was spacious and soundproof. The staff were amazing, always ready to help with a smile.

    My wife says that the breakfast could offer more variety for families.

    Very friendly staff. Nice and comfy babycot with matress, rearly one can get a decent cot even at the 5 star hotels. Nice breakfast. Complimentary tea and cofee in the room. Even thought the windows do not open, the atmasphere in the room quiet pleasant. Big and comfortable beds

    The windows do not open, which is a huge problem for a family with small children, no fresh air. Not much to do, no kid's club. Not even a sewing kit in the room.

    We chose the Hilton because there we could pick up and drop off the car we rented to tour Bulgaria. In that sense, it was the right decision. The employees have a high level of professionalism and do their job perfectly. The hotel looks new and well cared for.

    They are passed on in collection guarantees; it is the only hotel of the circuit we visited in Bulgaria that made an advance charge in the Visa for the total amount of the reservation and it was the ninth one we booked. Today, eight days later, they still have not reversed the charge we paid in cash. On top of that, they tied up 300 euros per room as an extra guarantee. That amount has already been reversed. The hotel's prices are exorbitant for Sofia when you take into account its services, which are scarce and expensive. There is nothing nearby so you have to spend everything in the hotel. I will not use it again.
